We are based in Birmingham and our engineers install across the UK, so an on-site demo is usually a question of finding a quiet hour rather than whether we cover you. Online demos run the same day, anywhere, which suits owners who cannot leave the counter mid-service.

Demo questions, answered.

How much does a Zivaro demo cost?
Nothing. The demo is free, there is no obligation, and you will not be asked to sign anything on the call. You get a written quote afterwards to take away and compare.
How long does an EPOS demo take?
About twenty minutes for a single-till business, longer if you have several sites or a complicated menu. We work to your time, not a script, and we will stop when you have seen what you need.
Do you do demos in my city?
Almost certainly. Online demos run anywhere in the UK and can usually happen the same week you ask. For on-site demos we are based in Birmingham and our engineers install nationwide, from Glasgow and Newcastle down to Bristol, Cardiff and across London. Tell us where you are and we will give you a straight answer on timing rather than a maybe.
Can you demo the card machine as well as the till?
Yes, and it is worth asking for. Seeing the total go from the till to the card machine without anyone typing it in is the part that shows why integrated payments matter - it is where mis-keyed transactions and cash-up discrepancies come from.
Will you use my own products in the demo?
If you send them over beforehand, yes. A spreadsheet, a supplier invoice or a photo of your menu is enough. Looking at your own products makes it far easier to judge whether the layout suits how you serve.
Do I need to buy anything after the demo?
No. Plenty of people book a demo to benchmark what they are already paying, and we will tell you honestly if your current setup is fine. If it is, we will say so.
Can you demo the software if I already have hardware?
Yes. If your terminals are recent we can often run our software on what you already own, and the demo will cover whether that is realistic for your kit.
