Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal data. Last updated 1 August 2026.
Who we are
Zivaro is a trading name of Switch&Save Business Services Ltd, registered in England & Wales, with its office at 3A Perry Common Road, Erdington, Birmingham, B23 7AB. We are the “data controller” for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@zivaro.co.uk or 0333 038 9707.
The data we collect
- Contact & enquiry data — name, email, phone, business name and any message you send when you book a demo, contact us, or subscribe.
- Order data — billing/installation address, order contents and history when you purchase.
- Account data — your name, email and saved addresses if you create an account.
- Payment data — card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Technical & usage data — cookies, IP address, device/browser and how you use the site (only where you have consented to non-essential cookies).
How and why we use it
- To respond to demo requests and enquiries, and to provide quotes and support — legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract.
- To process and deliver orders, and send order updates — performance of a contract.
- To send marketing (e.g. our newsletter) where you have opted in — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To measure and improve the website — consent (analytics cookies).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and, only with your consent, analytics/marketing cookies. You can manage your choice at any time — see our Cookie Policy.
Sharing your data
We share data only with trusted providers who help us run the business — for example Stripe (payments), our email/hosting providers, and analytics tools you have consented to. We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, and order/financial records for as long as the law requires (generally six years). You can ask us to delete data sooner where we are not required to keep it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@zivaro.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
