2. These terms

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Products & pricing

• We take care to describe products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. Prices are shown in GBP and, where indicated, exclude or include VAT as stated at checkout.
• We may change prices and product availability at any time before you order. If a pricing error is obvious, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the wrong price.
• Images are for illustration; actual hardware may vary slightly.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your order and/or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs), in which case we will refund any payment taken.

5. Payment

Payment is taken securely via Stripe at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Any shipping charges are shown at checkout.

7. Returns & cancellations

Your return and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Warranty & support

Hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and your statutory rights. Software and support are provided as described on the relevant product or plan.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or products.

10. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
