Hospitality ePOS Bundle for Restaurants, Cafés & Bars
The Hospitality EPOS Bundle is built for restaurants, cafes, takeaways and bars. For £549 it includes the touchscreen till, a card machine, a receipt printer, a cash drawer and the online management portal.
It is the cheapest bundle we sell, and it is worth explaining why rather than leaving you to wonder. It ships without a barcode scanner. A shop scans stock at the counter; a kitchen does not. Rather than charge you for equipment that would sit in a drawer, we leave it out and the price reflects that.
What it is specified for instead is service speed. Orders are taken and sent where they need to go, dine-in, takeaway and delivery are tracked separately, and the receipt printer handles both customer receipts and kitchen or packing tickets. In a venue where the difference between a good Friday and a bad one is how fast the pass clears, that is where the value sits.
The online portal handles menus, prices, staff and reporting from a browser. Changing a price or taking a dish off because you have run out is something you can do from the floor, without waiting for someone to come and reprogram a till.
Card payments are covered by the included card machine. If you would rather the terminal talked directly to the till so totals are never keyed twice, our Integrated Payments bundle does that — it costs more because it includes a scanner as well, so it is worth a conversation rather than a guess.
Delivery is included and the price shown is the price, with no quote form first. Support afterwards comes from a UK-based team in Birmingham. Most venues want to switch over outside service hours, so tell us your timing when you order and we will work to it.

Frequently asked questions
Answers for Hospitality ePOS Bundle for Restaurants, Cafés & Bars.
Why is the Hospitality bundle cheaper than the retail bundles?
Because it ships without a barcode scanner. A shop scans stock at the counter and a kitchen does not, so rather than charge you for equipment you would never use, we leave it out and the £549 price reflects that. Everything else — till, card machine, printer, cash drawer and portal — is included.
Is this suitable for a takeaway as well as a restaurant?
Yes. It handles dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders, and the receipt printer covers both customer receipts and kitchen or packing tickets. The main thing that varies between venues is how orders reach the kitchen and how many service points you need, so tell us how your venue runs and we will confirm it fits.
How quickly can we be up and running?
Delivery is included and the bundle arrives as a complete package rather than parts to assemble from different suppliers. Most venues prefer to switch over outside service hours, so let us know your timing when you order. Our UK support team can talk you through the setup if you would rather not do it cold.
What is included in the £549 hospitality EPOS bundle?
A touchscreen EPOS till, a card machine, a receipt printer, a cash drawer and the online management portal. There is no barcode scanner, which is the main reason it is the cheapest bundle. Delivery is included in the £549 price, and software and support run at £12 a month + VAT.
Can I use the £549 cafe bundle in a shop instead of a retail bundle?
You can, as long as you do not need to scan barcodes. If you sell packaged stock with barcodes, either step up to the £749 bundle with an integrated card terminal, which includes a scanner, or add one separately: £35 for the handheld USB scanner, or £99 for the fixed hands-free 2D scanner.
What is the total first-year cost of the £549 hospitality bundle?
£549 up front with delivery included, then £12 a month + VAT for software and support, which is £144 + VAT across twelve months — a first-year total of £549 plus £144 + VAT. That monthly figure is the same on every Zivaro bundle, so the cheapest bundle does not cost more later.
Can I add a barcode scanner to the hospitality bundle later?
Yes. Scanners are sold individually, so you can start with the £549 bundle and add one when you need it. The handheld 1D USB scanner is £35 and reads printed barcodes. The fixed 2D scanner is £99, sits hands-free on the counter and also reads codes shown on a customer phone screen.
