Takeaway EPOS

Takeaway EPOS systems built for a Friday night rush.

Take a phone order, a walk-in and a delivery on the same screen, print it to the kitchen instantly, and keep the queue moving — a takeaway EPOS system for UK shops that trade at speed.

Built for speed

The rush is short. The till should not slow it down.

Between seven and ten on a Friday, a takeaway lives or dies on how fast an order gets from the counter to the kitchen. Zivaro takeaway EPOS is laid out for that: your menu on one screen, modifiers a tap away, and the docket printing before the customer has put their card away.

Collection, delivery and eat-in orders all sit in the same queue, so nothing gets lost between a notepad, a phone and three different tablets.

  • One-tap menu with modifiers and extras
  • Collection and delivery orders in one queue
  • Kitchen docket printing
  • Customer details saved for repeat orders
  • Integrated card payments
  • End-of-night takings in one report

Takeaway features

Made for how takeaways actually take orders.

Fast order entry

Your best sellers on the first screen, modifiers and extras one tap deep — built around your menu, not a generic layout.

Kitchen docket printing

Orders print in the kitchen the moment they are taken, so nobody is shouting tickets across a counter.

Delivery management

Keep collection and delivery orders separate, with addresses and driver assignment on the same system.

Phone orders and repeat customers

Save customer details so a regular ordering the same thing takes seconds, not a minute.

Integrated card payments

Take the payment on a terminal that already knows the total, at the counter or at the door.

Nightly reporting

See takings, order counts and your busiest hours the moment you close, without adding up dockets.

Making the move

Coming off a paper pad or an old till?

Plenty of takeaways still run on a notepad and a calculator, and it works right up until it does not — a missed order, a wrong total, a night nobody can account for.

We build your full menu, including sizes, extras and meal deals, then set the screen up so your staff can find anything in one or two taps. Training takes an afternoon, not a week.

  • Your full menu and extras built for you
  • Screen laid out around your best sellers
  • Kitchen printer installed and tested

FAQ

Takeaway questions, answered.

How much does a takeaway EPOS system cost?
Bundles that suit a takeaway start from £12 per month, including the hospitality-focused bundle. Extra kitchen printers or a second terminal are quoted separately and shown before you order.
Do you connect to Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats?
Delivery platform connections depend on your account and setup with each platform. Tell us which ones you use when you book a demo and we will confirm exactly what can be linked for your shop.
Can it handle phone orders and caller details?
Yes. Customer details can be saved against an order so repeat customers are quick to serve and delivery addresses are already on file.
How long does setup take?
Once your menu is confirmed, most takeaways are built, delivered and trading within a few working days. We do the menu build for you rather than leaving it as homework.
What happens if the till goes down mid-service?
The system keeps trading offline if the internet drops, and our UK support team is on hand for anything else. Hardware faults are dealt with directly rather than through a third party.
